VJ Pressure Washing just completed cleaning our gutters and also pressure washing a huge area around our house. I absolutely trust VJ. He was very thorough and even went above and beyond in his work! Overpromised, overpriced and underdelivered. I was given a quote based on the fact that the whole house will be power washed, including the driveway and roof. They never really cleaned the roof and didn’t use a concrete power washer attachment to deep clean the driveway. Honestly, the driveway just looks untouched. Our garage doors too were not washed and my wife had to request with resistance that it be cleaned during their second visit (they were clean after but even then the edges were not throughly cleaned). The owner did not mention when taking on the project that our pavers would be difficult to clean due to the paver sand that holds them together and then once the work was done and we found that the pavers still looked dirty, he said he can’t clean them without eroding the sand. This information was crucial as 75% of our lot is pavers. Decent work in some aspects but wouldn’t be going with them again. First time around the work was done so haphazardly that we had to reach out to them to convey our disappointment. They came to rectify some of the issues we mentioned, however overall the work was still disappointing for the high cost ($1400). And not to mention they did not clean our shed and pergola at all. We went with them after seeing all the five star reviews and based on how the owner said everything with be taken care of but would advise some caution before going with them.
